The DWC Team

Doug Walker, President

As the head of Doug Walker Companies and a licensed architect, Doug does all of the architectural design work for each project. He also oversees the bidding/contracting/permitting process and coordinates the project with other professionals who may be involved, such as structural engineers, civil engineers, interior designers and landscape architects. Once construction begins, Doug typically meets with the owners on a weekly basis to make sure that expectations are being met, questions are answered, and that on-site design issues are resolved.

Peggy Walker, Vice-President and Client Relations

Peggy manages the day-to-day activities of DWC – whether it’s communicating with clients, scheduling contractors, or arranging client appointments, her role is to make sure the clients are informed of what is going on at their jobsites and to inform them of upcoming selections and decisions that need to be made. For ten years, Peggy has enjoyed keeping everyone associated with the projects informed and happy.
